Heya - my name is Joe - I'm a Californian-born, Georgian-raised musician and artist who moved to Somerset, UK, 7 years ago, then to London almost 1 year ago.
I play most styles of music, but my roots are in rock (esp. rock soloing) and my more recent interests are blues and jazz (though I've still a way to go before I am fluent in the both of them). My own style consists of various right hand techniques (no pick/plectrum) that involve flamenco, funk, and classical. Sounds weird, but it works, trust. It just took years to grasp.
My art should speak for itself were you to look at it (I hope you do!)

A lot has happened: I'm older (26 around the corner); more experienced; and I can bartend like a motherfucker now ;)

I have been busy as a motherfucker for quite a while, now. . .
Just finished exams. . .
Work as an indentured servant. . .
I think I may have just gotten over the swine flu (if it wasn't that, then it was a very shitty flu, indeed). . .
And, really, too much more for any one stranger to really care about =D
As I have finished studying, I have more time to draw now. . . I've started using speedballs again - y'know, those cheap fountain pens with different tips that you dip in ink? - and, well, they kick ass.
They put my £10 Mars Professional to shame as far as versatility and the blackness of the ink when it's dried (of course, tha

I just got back from the States a little under a week ago. . .
I got bitten to hell by mosquitos in Georgia, caught the flu from the lead singer of the band, got sunburnt to fuck in Florida, and finished off the tour with a tattoo of Dimebag's, Vai's, and Rhoad's guitars on my left arm. All in 10 days.
A day didn't go by without any smoke though I hardly touched a drop of liquor (or a woman) the whole time. . . So, over-all, 2/3 Rawk and/or Roll. =D
The band have asked me to roadie for their next few tours as well, so I get to see more of Britain, and later on, I'll get to visit the Continent and check that shit out.
